A large and spacious Twin Bedroom, offering two single beds with private ensuite walk in shower. Ideal for family, friends or work colleagues. Situated within a two room private block, this room allows for children to be resident, with their parents/guardians in the room next door, both of which are secured by their own locking door, and secure outer door, creating a lovely family suite with both privacy and space. Available to book as an individual twin room or with the King room next door.

The room has all the amenities your stay would expect including toiletries, Freeview TV, Hairdryer,  Complimentrary secure WiFi and, Tea and Coffee making facilities.

This room is situated on the ground floor enabling access for wheelchair users and those with mobility issues.

Our two Premium King Sized Rooms allow our guests to relax and rewind in accommodation designed to ensure our guests can truly switch off.

Both rooms offer relaxing views over to one of our twin lakes, with french doors allowing private access to the side gardens, together with a lovely table and two chair pairing for your private use.

Both rooms come fully equipped with Freeview TV, Complimentary High Speed Wifi, Hair Dryer, Tea and Coffee making facilities and Free Parking directly outside of your room. The rooms are situated across the car park from our lovely country pub and cafe available for your enjoyment.

Our King Rooms offer all the space and comfort you would expect. The rooms are tastefully decorated with a large King Sized bed, double wardrobe, and dressing table with chairs. The rooms come complete with ensuite walk in shower, Freeview TV, Complimentary High Speed WiFi, Hairdryer, Complimentary toiletries and Free Parking right outside your room. Both of our King Rooms are accessible at ground floor level.

The King Rooms are across the main car park from The Mill Pub and Lakeside Cafe, which are available for your enjoyment.

Our Double Lakeside View room provides the perfect location to escape the hustle and bustle of life, and watch the world go by. The French doors open on to a private terrace, with table and chairs, and views of one of our twin lakes beyond. 

The room is tastefully furnished, providing you with all the comforts you should need for your stay. The room comes complete with Freeview TV, Ensuite walk in shower, Hairdryer, High Speed WiFi and complimentary toiletries. 

Our onsite pub, The Mill and our Lakeside Cafe are just a two minute stroll away, for your enjoyment and refreshment.

Our Double Bedrooms come with either an ensuite walk-in shower, or bath with a Shower over. Both rooms provide a side garden view of the accomodation, and are tastefully decorated to ensure that your stay is both comfortable and relaxing.

Our Standard Double rooms provide all of the comfort you will need for your comfortable overnight stay. Each room comes fully equipped with Freeview TV, Complimentary High Speed WiFi, Hair Dryer and complimentary Bathroom Toiletries. 

Free complimentary car parking is provided outside of the rooms, to make your stay run as smoothly as possible. These rooms are on the first floor of the main Charnock Farm building necessitating the guest to climb a single flight of stairs.

Our Glamping Pods provide an exciting alternative to traditional hotel stop overs. Each of our pod is equipped with two single beds, Tea and Coffee making facilities, with full electric and heating! You will also have access to complimentary high speed WiFi, with each of our pods having their own sheltered terrace with seating, looking over one of our twin ponds, which are stocked with fish, ducks and natural wildlife.

The pods are all within the Charnock Farm site and are situated at the rear of the site, with our Lakeside Cafe and Mill Pub just a two minute walk away for your enjoyment.

Toilet and Shower facilities are adjacant to the pods in what is known as a Shepherds Hut. This is a separate, secure, lockable and heated pod on wheels, which has full shower and toilet facilities.
